However, Core Entrade India Pvt. Core Entrade India Pvt. Ltd. purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the visitors use its website. Terms & Conditions

 

Corre Samriddhi Scheme

  • This scheme is applicable only for registered Core Entrade dealers and/or influencers on the basis of mutual agreement between the two party.

  • Points are awarded to dealers on per Rs.10000 of item purchase value. However the points will be proportionately awarded on purchase below Rs.10000 as well. Incentive to influencers will be calculated based on secondary sales made from dealers point as per prevailing rate to be notified from time to time.

  • Dealers with outstanding for more than 45 days on 31-03-24 may be disqualified from the scheme.

  • Project & Display Order's will not be included in the scheme.

  • This scheme is valid from 23rd April 2023 to 31st March 2024. However the scheme may be extended to subsequent financial years.

  • Computation of points will be done by the Company in the app and the results shall be binding on the dealers/Influencers.

  • Distribution of the gifts/credit note if any may take 6-9 months time after completion of computations.

  • No claims will be entertained on stock not available.

  • Dealer points will be automatically redeemed at the end of the financial year if not already applied by the dealer.

  • Payout to influencers will be done periodically. It will preferably be directly credited to their bank account.

  • Price list & Discount shall be applied as prevalent at the time of billing.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend /terminate the scheme at any point of time without prior notice or without assigning any reason for the same.

  • Eligibility and benefits to the scheme are at the sole discretion of the company.

  • The company reserves the right to add/withdraw/change the products in the scheme and the point structure.

  • Points do not have monetary values and cannot be bartered, sold or brought for cash at any point of time. Points can only be redeemed under the scheme.

  • Reward points can't be encashed / transferred.

  • In case of any upward change/addition to the existing tax structure, the dealer/influencer will be liable to bear the same.

  • Dealer/influencer need to provide the (KYC) valid photo id proof like - Voter I.D. card, Driving License, Passport or PAN card as and when required.

  • Any tax liability, arising on items gifted, be it GIFT TAX, INCOME TAX or any other tax of whatsoever nature will have to be borne by the dealer/influencer only. The Company, in no case, is liable to pay the same and is authorized to receive such tax amount from the dealer/influencer, if required before distribution of incentive/credit note.

  • This is only a promotional activity & the warranties & guarantees of the reward products shall be governed by the manufacturer's conditions and Core Entrade India Pvt Ltd shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.

  • Company will not bear any tax liability like Octroi, Entry Tax etc and it is the sole responsibility of the dealer/influencer.

  • Company reserves the right to discontinue the eligibility of any dealer/influencer who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the T&Cs.

  • Participation in the program implies that the dealer/influencer has accepted all terms and conditions mentioned herein.

  • The Dealer is bound to furnish correct particulars of secondary sales including correct selection of influencers/ Direct Sale.

  • Dealers and influencers will be assigned with unique dealer code and influencer code under the scheme.

  • The company will not be responsible for any damage whatsoever of mobile device for usage under this scheme.

  • The selection of Dealers/Influencers under the scheme is at the sole discretion of Core Entrade India Pvt. Ltd.

  • In case of any dispute, decision of CORE ENTRADE INDIA PVT. LTD. will be final and binding.

  • Subject to Guwahati Jurisdiction.
